Privacy Policy

Effective: July 13, 2026

My Daily Deals, LLC d/b/a Dealifier is committed to respecting your privacy. This privacy policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, share, and treat information that we collect through your use of our mobile application (the "App") and website maintained at https://dealifier.com (the "Website"), and the services we provide.

What Information We Collect

We collect personal information in different ways. The type of information we collect depends on how we interact with you. You may be asked to provide personal information anytime you interact with us. The following types of information may be collected by or on behalf of Dealifier:

  • Contact information such as your first and last name, email address, mobile telephone number, and similar information
  • Payment information
  • Data relating to your location
  • Information relating to your use and interaction with our App and Website
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our App
  • Information you provide related to any account you create

We may aggregate or de-identify the personal information we collect so that it no longer personally identifies you. Aggregated or de-identified information is not personal information, so it is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

How We Collect Information

1. Information you provide to us

We collect the information you give us when you create an account, conduct transactions, or contact us.

2. When a third party gives it to us

We may collect your personal information when a third party provides or makes available your information related to the services we provide.

3. We collect technical information when you use our services

When you use our App and Website, we collect certain internet and electronic network activity from the device you are using to access our App or Website. We do this by using "cookies" and similar mechanisms. This information might include:

  • Information about your interactions with our App or Website, such as the content you view, the time you spend viewing the content, and the features you access
  • Information about your device and internet connection, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifiers (including the manufacturer and model), and Media Access Control (MAC) address on the Website
  • Standard server log data, such as your application version number, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system, browser type and version, and the date and time of your visit

For more information, please refer to the "Cookies" section of this Privacy Policy.

4. Geolocation Data

When you create an account with us, you have the option of allowing the App to know your location only when the App is open or you are actively using the App. This allows Dealifier to send you deals that might be of interest to you based on your location. Dealifier would not track your location when the App is not open or you are not using the App. Of course, you do not have to allow this option, and you can withdraw your permission at any time. Your location data is never shared with Retailers or any third-party.

How We Use Your Information

We collect and use your information so we can operate effectively and provide you with the best experience when you interact with us or use our services. More specifically, we use your information in the following ways:

  • Fulfilling transactions. If you place an order through the App, your personal information will be used to process your transaction.
  • Customer Support. Processing and responding to your inquiries, comments, complaints, and requests for information; verifying your identity or verifying communications from you; notifying you about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

SMS/Text Messaging Data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services, such as customer support providers, is limited to what is necessary to provide those services and excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Dealifier sends account verification codes (one-time passcodes), transactional messages such as purchase confirmations, booking notifications and cancellation receipts, and deal and launch alerts. We do not send any text message without your prior express consent. Full details of every opt-in method, the exact consent language, and sample messages are on our SMS Terms page.

  • Consent. You consent to receive text messages from Dealifier when you enter your own mobile number and check the consent box on a Dealifier signup form, or when you add and verify a mobile number in our App. The consent box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and if you do not consent we do not store your number. We do not obtain numbers from purchased lists or from third parties.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Verification codes are sent one per request. Deal and launch messages are sent no more than a few times per month.
  • Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier with questions about your messaging plan.
  • Opting out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we may send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at outreach@dealifier.com.
  • Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As stated above, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Where We Store Your Information

We process and store your personal information in the United States.

How We Secure Your Information

We take the matter of security of your personal information very seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

The safety and security of your personal information also depends on you. When you create a password for access to certain parts of our App or Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Passwords and accounts may not be shared. You are responsible for all activity using your password or on your account.

Although we take steps to safeguard personal information, no practices are 100% secure, and we do not guarantee the security of your information. Any transmission of your personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the App or in your operating system.

How We Use Cookies

What are cookies?

Cookies and similar technologies allow us to serve you better and improve your browsing experience by collecting and storing information when you visit our App and Website.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. We use cookies to store information, such as your login credentials and website preferences, so that we can remember certain choices you've made. Cookies can also be used to recognize your device so that you do not have to provide the same information more than once.
  • Web beacons. Web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) permit us, for example, to count users who have visited the App or Website and for other related statistics, such as recording the popularity of certain App content and verifying system and server integrity.
  • Mobile device identifiers and SDKs. A mobile SDK is the mobile app version of a web beacon. The SDK is a bit of computer code that app developers can include in their apps to enable ads to be shown, data to be collected, and related services or analytics to be performed.
  • Other technologies. There are other local storage and internet technologies, such as local shared objects (also referred to as "Flash cookies") and HTML5 local storage, which operate similarly to the technologies discussed above.

You may be able to refuse or disable cookies by adjusting your web browser settings. Some browsers have options that allow the visitor to control whether the browser will accept cookies, reject cookies, or notify the visitor each time a cookie is sent. Because each web browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your web browser (typically in the "help" section). Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable local shared objects and similar technologies. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete these technologies, some of the functionality of the web site may no longer be available to you, and any differences in services are related to the data.

Do Not Track Signs and Similar Mechanisms

"Do Not Track" (DNT) is a privacy preference you can set in your browser to signal to operators of websites, web applications, and services (including behavioral advertising services) that you do not want such operators to track, collect, and share certain kinds of information about your online activity from party tracking services across different websites.

Our App and Website are not configured to read or respond to "Do Not Track" settings or signals in your browser headings.

Your Choices

You can also manage your personal information in the following ways:

  • Information You Provide. You choose what personal information (if any) you wish to provide to us. If you choose not to provide certain details, however, some of your transactions may be impacted.
  • Promotional Information. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by sending us an email stating your request to outreach@dealifier.com. You also may use the "unsubscribe" link in promotional communications that you receive from us. Please keep in mind that opting out of marketing communications may impact our ability to allow you access to certain offers, benefits and features. Please also note that even if you opt-out of receiving certain marketing communications, that opt-out may not apply to other communications that you may continue to receive from us, such as customer service messages, messages about your account, notices of changes to our terms and conditions or this Privacy Policy, and our responses to your communications with us or requests for information that we receive from you. Requests to opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from us can take up to ten (10) business days to be effective.
  • Updating Your Information. You may be able to update or correct certain personal information by contacting us as described in the "Contact Us/Questions" section below.

Children's Data

Our App and Website are not directed to or intended to be used by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we are notified that we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information in accordance with applicable laws. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and you believe your child has provided us with personal information about themselves, please contact us by emailing us at outreach@dealifier.com.

Third-Party Websites and Features

The App and Website contains hyperlinks to Retailer websites or other third-party websites. By clicking on these links, you are visiting the Retailer websites or third-party websites outside of Dealifier's control. Dealifier is not responsible for any content you disclose on third-party websites, or outside the App, or for the collection, use, maintenance, sharing, or disclosure of data and information by the operators of those websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information, including personal information, you provide when visiting third-party websites.

The App and Website may also have interactive features such as the Facebook "like" button, the X (formerly known as Twitter) "Follow Us" feature, or similar mechanisms from Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, or other social media platforms, which provide services from these other companies. These features may collect information about you, like your email address, IP address and activity. They also may place cookies or other tracking mechanisms on your browser or device to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that created them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the other companies before using them.

How We Make Changes to This Policy

We may change or update this Privacy Policy at any time, but we will always update it at least once a year. You can identify the date that this Privacy Policy was last updated by looking at the date at the top of this Privacy Policy. When we change this Privacy Policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on the homepage of the Website and in the App for a reasonable period of time following such update. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will take effect upon posting to the Website and App. Use of the App and the Website following posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy then in effect.
